1. Assessment Session
You’ll fill out a quick questionnaire to help us get to know you, your career, interests, and goals for your career, and/or business. This will help us craft your story and showcase your expertise, capabilities, and experience. And also to understand how best to position you and your brand. This will be a 60 to 90mins session.

2. LinkedIn profile Optimization
Using the information I have gotten, we will create a compelling narrative that reflects how you want to position yourself and be perceived. We will deliver a new Headline, an About section, an Experience section, and a Cover photo. We will send you all the assets we have created, and you review them, we will make changes if needed. After final edits, you approve everything. You will need to create a temporary LinkedIn password, we will log into your account and make all the updates for you. This will be done over 10 days.

3. Content Strategy Development
We will collaborate on a personalized strategy, and envision what success would be. Agree on KPIs and how success will be measured. We can also carry out surveys to current clients/customers to gain insights. The strategy will include a phase 1 90-day action plan, which will be monitored and improved on for the next 90-day execution phase. This will be done over 14 days.

​4. Content creation
Based on the package selected we create content for a 30-day calendar period. We will meet once monthly for 2-3 hours to ideate, plan, and create content for the next 30-day calendar period. Once the content calendar is approved, it will be scheduled for publishing.

​5. Engagement & Growth
If your selected plan includes this, we will spend 10 -15 minutes per day responding to comments and messages. Adding to relevant LinkedIn collaborative posts to gain recognition as a Top voice and connecting with industry leaders to grow your influence.
